Why we exist
A generation is being raised inside a system that was designed for a world that no longer exists. The same herd mentality. The same outdated textbooks. The same examinations that reward memorisation over thinking. We refuse to accept this as normal.
Twenty-five million Pakistani children are out of school. The urban–rural literacy gap is twenty-two percentage points. Rote memorisation still dominates over critical thinking, and most children graduate Class 10 without a single practical skill they can earn with.
The Modern Day Syllabus is our answer. A completely free, modern, adaptive curriculum that does not merely teach subjects — it builds a complete human being equipped with academic rigour, language fluency, spiritual grounding, life skills, digital literacy, and financial independence.

Haris Naseer is a passionate developer, former Federal Investigation Agency officer, and current PMS Officer of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He combines extensive administrative leadership with deep technical expertise to build secure, automated, and scalable digital platforms.
Why We Built This
We created the Modern Day Syllabus to bridge the widening educational divide in Pakistan. Recognizing that millions of children lack access to future-ready learning, we built this completely free, open-source platform. It integrates modern global standards with core cultural values, ensuring every student graduates equipped for the 21st century.
